The owner of the companies is Hassan Sarkani.
As a founder and real estate mogul, Sarkani has in its portfolio a number of commercial properties and over 50 private rental units.

The history in terms of investment goes all the way back to 1997 when Hassan bought his first house for approx. 1 million kroner. To get a loan, the loan securities had to be divided into 3, where the top top loan had almost 20% interest.

Today, a fortune of well over DKK 200 million is managed.

We currently have 10 employees, large and small, with an annual turnover of about 20 million.
